Waterwise Directory is an independent directory of Waterwise-endorsed reticulation installers in the Perth metropolitan area, paired with a watering-days lookup tool. The site is offered free of charge to homeowners and visitors. Installer listings during launch are free; paid subscription terms apply when a listed business opts into a paid plan.

• We are not the Water Corporation, the WA Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, or the Waterwise endorsement program. We are an independent third-party directory.
• We do not perform reticulation work ourselves and we are not a party to any contract you enter with a listed installer.
• We are not a financial, legal, or tax adviser. Information on the site is general guidance only.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on the site is current and accurate, but we do not warrant it. Watering rules, rebate amounts, equipment lists, soil profiles, and pricing change over time. Always verify against the cited source (Water Corporation, ABS, DWER) before acting on anything you read here. Each guide carries a "last verified" date you can check.

Installer listings reflect the information given to us by the installer plus public-record cross-checks (ABN, Waterwise endorsement register). We do not guarantee the work quality, pricing, availability, or conduct of any listed installer. Choose your installer with due diligence.

• Do not scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the site without our written permission.
• Do not interfere with the site, attempt to circumvent rate limiting, or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Do not impersonate a listed installer or submit false information through the listing form.
• Do not use the site for any purpose that is unlawful under Australian law.

The site's design, code, written content, and curated data layouts are the intellectual property of Waterwise Directory. ABS Suburbs and Localities (SAL) boundary data and ABS Census G01 population data are used under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 with attribution preserved on the About page. Water Corporation watering-rule information is public information used with attribution. Installer logos and business names remain the property of their owners.

You may quote and link to our written content with attribution. Bulk reproduction or rehosting requires written permission.

• Listings during the launch period are free. We will give written notice before any free listing transitions to a paid plan.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing data and must notify us promptly if any of it (Waterwise endorsement status, ABN, insurance) changes.
• We may remove a listing if the installer's Waterwise endorsement is withdrawn, if we receive a credible complaint we cannot resolve, or if the listing breaches these terms.
• Contact engagement counts shown on listings come from anonymous click events (see Privacy policy) and we provide them in good faith.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Waterwise Directory is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, your reliance on site content, or your dealings with a listed installer. Nothing in these terms excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

If the site is found to have a fault, our liability is limited to the re-supply of the affected information, which for a free service is to correct the information at our expense.

We may update these terms when the site adds or removes a service or when Australian law changes. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
